Shipping Policy

We are currently offering FREE delivery for all orders over $100. Usual delivery rates are listed below.

Order processing time is 1-3 business days.​

  • Shipping on orders between $0-$100 will be made by courier at a cost of $6 (1-3 Business Days after order is processed)

  • Shipping on orders of $100 and above will be made by courier at a cost of $15 (1-3 Business Days after order is processed)

From time to time we have promotional shipping prices such as Free Delivery options. 

For normal postage, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered items.

For urgent orders, please contact us and we will see if something can be arranged. 
 

We do not deliver to offshore islands (including Sentosa), military bases or other restricted access areas (eg Jurong Island). 

For confinement herbs, we recommend that you place your order at least 8-10 weeks before your Estimated Due Date (EDD). Firstly, because it's good to be organised during your pregnancy and as you get closer to your EDD you'll want less to worry about. Secondly, you may go into labour before your EDD so it allows us to prepare for the unexpected and make sure your items are ready for delivery.

Someone must be available on the delivery date to receive the items. This is mainly for safety and hygiene reasons. We will contact you before your delivery date to confirm the delivery of your items. We will not be able to guarantee a specific delivery time.

 

Deliveries will be made Monday-Friday (9am-10pm).

We do not deliver to P.O boxes.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you never have to revisit this policy but should you need to, our return policy is below.

 

We offer like for like exchanges on individual items within the "Confinement Herbal Soup Package (30 Days)" should the item not be in optimal condition. Should they be incorrect (eg, a repeated item) then we shall take the incorrect item and replace it with the correct item. But don't worry, we shall bear the cost of any pick-up and delivery of replacement items.

We offer like for like exchanges on individual items within the "JuJuBe Longan Sweet Tea (30 Days)" should the item not be in optimal condition. Again don't worry, we shall bear the cost of any pick-up and delivery of replacement items.

We offer like for like exchanges on individual items within the "Herbal Shower and Bath" package should an item not be in optimal condition. Same same, we shall bear the cost of any pick-up and delivery of replacement items.

 

If 2 days (48 hours) have passed from the package's delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please check all items upon delivery to ensure that they are correct and in good condition.

 

We do not accept order cancellations and refunds once the order has been placed with us. However, we understand there may be exceptional circumstances (eg, illness, complications), in which case we are happy to discuss.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept cancellations with a full refund within 48 hours of your order confirmation. We cannot accept order cancellations or offer refunds after this 48 hour period.
