Stir fry Spinach with Goji and Minced Pork - MuMu Confinement Recipe

Goji berries are part of many confinement recipes and can be found in a number of MuMu Mummy's Confinement Soups.


  • 200g Spinach

  • 100g Minced pork

  • 30g Goji Berry (Wolfberry)

  • 30g Ginger shreds

  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil

  • 80ml Water


  • 1/2 tsp Corn flour

  • 1 tsp Oyster sauce

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Flour Solution:

  • 1/2 tsp corn flour with 3 tbsp of water (mix well)


  1. Marinate the minced pork for 15 minutes

  2. Rinse the spinach and cut into segments.

  3. Blanch Spinach in boiling water, set aside for later.

  4. Sauté the ginger shreds with sesame oil, stir fry minced pork until aromatic.

  5. Add 80ml of water and goji berries, bring to boil.

  6. Pour in Flour Solution and stir well.

  7. Pour over blanched spinach.

  8. Ready to serve!
