Mee Sua Soup in Sesame Oil - MuMu Confinement Recipe
150g Lean Pork
50g Ginger Shreds
100g Mee Sua (Vermicelli)
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
Some Diced Spring Onion
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
A pinch of salt
A dash of pepper powder
Cut lean pork into strips.
Boil water and blanch Mee Sua.
Sauté the ginger shreds with sesame oil, stir fry lean pork until aromatic.
Add Seasoning and 650ml of water. Cook for 1- 2 minutes.
Add in Mee Sua and bring to boil.
Sprinkle spring onion and ready to serve!
